The grind is our premium eaa, bcaa, + hydration formula that’s designed to be used before, during, and/or after training to enhance recovery, hydration, and performance. Instead of just creating a basic bcaa powder like many of our competitors, we decided to formulate the ultimate intra-workout supplement. In each serving of the grind you’ll find:
2.5 grams of eaas
5 grams of bcaas
In total, you’re getting 7.5 grams of amino acids in every scoop, which will help boost recovery by decreasing muscle protein breakdown and increasing muscle protein synthesis.
RECOMMENDED USE
Mix 1 scoop (16g) into 10-12 oz of cold water, your post-workout protein shake or any beverage of your choice. Ideal to use during and post-workout. Caffeine-free - use any time of day or night. For best results, we recommend 2 servings per day.
