Suggested use:
Start with mixing 1/2 scoop with 400ml of water and drink immediately. After that 1 serving (16g) to be mixed with 400ml water and consumed.
If the product is prepared with water and not consumed immediately it will take on a gelatinous texture, this is normal and we suggest drinking it immediately upon making.
